Last Updated: September 27, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites operated by Coreviax LLC (“Coreviax,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including coreviax.com and any related websites or digital properties that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Site.

These Terms apply only to use of the public Site. Coreviax products, software, platforms, professional services, trials, demonstrations, subscriptions, and other commercial offerings may be governed by separate agreements, terms, or policies.

1. Use of the Site

Coreviax provides the Site for informational, business, marketing, communication, and related lawful purposes.

Subject to these Terms, Coreviax grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Site for lawful personal or business purposes.

You may not use the Site in any manner that:

  • violates applicable law or regulation;

  • infringes the rights of Coreviax or any third party;

  • interferes with the operation, availability, integrity, or security of the Site;

  • attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, or data;

  • uses the Site for fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or harmful purposes.

Coreviax may restrict or terminate access to the Site when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, Coreviax, our users, or third parties.

2. Informational Nature of the Site

The Site is provided primarily for general informational purposes.

Information concerning Coreviax, our technology, products, capabilities, services, roadmap, features, use cases, integrations, or potential applications may change over time.

Unless expressly stated in a binding written agreement:

  • Site content does not constitute a contractual commitment;

  • product descriptions do not guarantee the availability of any particular feature or capability;

  • demonstrations, concepts, illustrations, prototypes, mockups, screenshots, or examples may not represent generally available functionality;

  • references to future capabilities, integrations, or developments are not commitments to deliver them; and

  • information on the Site should not be relied upon as a substitute for a signed agreement with Coreviax.

Coreviax may modify, remove, discontinue, or update Site content at any time without notice.

3. No Professional Advice

Content on the Site is not intended to constitute legal, medical, financial, regulatory, safety, law-enforcement, emergency-response, or other professional advice.

Any descriptions of technologies that may be used in healthcare, public safety, emergency operations, business operations, communications, or other specialized environments are provided for general informational purposes.

Organizations and individuals remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice and for evaluating whether any technology, product, service, or practice is suitable for their particular circumstances.

5. Coreviax Trademarks

The Coreviax name, logo, product names, visual identity, slogans, and related marks are trademarks, service marks, trade dress, or other proprietary identifiers of Coreviax or its licensors.

Nothing on the Site grants any license or right to use these marks without prior written permission.

You may not use Coreviax marks in a manner that:

  • suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or approval where none exists;

  • creates confusion regarding the source of goods or services;

  • violates applicable trademark law.

Any third-party names, logos, trademarks, or service marks appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners.

7. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Technologies

Coreviax may develop, describe, demonstrate, or provide technologies incorporating artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, analytics, or other computational techniques.

AI-based systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or inappropriate results depending on the context, data, configuration, and intended use.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, information generated or demonstrated by AI-enabled technologies should not be treated as a substitute for appropriate human judgment, professional review, or legally required decision-making processes.

Users and organizations are responsible for evaluating outputs and determining whether they are appropriate for their intended use.

8. User Communications and Submissions

The Site may allow you to contact Coreviax or submit information through forms, email, or other communication mechanisms.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe the rights of others.

You should not submit:

  • confidential information belonging to another party without authorization;

Personal information submitted through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide Coreviax with ideas, suggestions, recommendations, comments, concepts, or other feedback concerning the Site, Coreviax products, services, technologies, or business (“Feedback”), you grant Coreviax a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, commercialize, and otherwise exploit that Feedback for any lawful purpose.

Coreviax is not obligated to compensate you for Feedback or to treat Feedback as confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This section does not apply to confidential information provided under a separate written confidentiality agreement.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may contain links to, references to, integrations with, or information about third-party websites, products, platforms, services, technologies, or resources.

Coreviax does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their:

  • availability;

  • accuracy;

  • security;

  • privacy practices;

  • content;

  • products;

  • services; or

  • business practices.

A link or reference does not necessarily constitute endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of the applicable third party.

11. Availability and Changes to the Site

Coreviax may modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or replace all or any portion of the Site at any time.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the Site will always be available;

  • access will be uninterrupted;

  • errors will be corrected immediately;

  • content will always be current; or

  • any specific functionality will remain available.

Maintenance, security events, infrastructure failures, third-party service disruptions, technical issues, and other circumstances may affect Site availability.

12. Site Security

You may not attempt to test, probe, scan, circumvent, disable, compromise, or interfere with security mechanisms associated with the Site except pursuant to an expressly authorized security-testing program or written authorization from Coreviax.

Unauthorized attempts to access systems, identify vulnerabilities, intercept traffic, obtain credentials, manipulate data, or disrupt services are prohibited.

Coreviax may investigate suspected security incidents and cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, service providers, or other appropriate parties where permitted or required by law.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how Coreviax collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference where permitted by applicable law.

  • the basis for your claim.

We may request additional information necessary to evaluate the complaint.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

COREVIAX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF:

  • MERCHANTABILITY;

  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;

  • TITLE;

  • NON-INFRINGEMENT;

  • ACCURACY;

  • RELIABILITY;

  • AVAILABILITY; AND

  • SECURITY.

COREVIAX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COREVIAX AND ITS AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO:

  • LOSS OF GOODWILL;

  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; OR

  • THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR CONTENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COREVIAX'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO USE OF THE PUBLIC SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

The limitations in this section apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if Coreviax has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations or exclusions of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coreviax and its affiliates, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to:

  • your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site;

  • your violation of these Terms;

  • your infringement of another person's rights; or

  • content or information you submit through the Site in violation of these Terms.

Coreviax reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Replace the bracketed jurisdiction before publishing.

I would not guess this based on your location; use the state and county appropriate to Coreviax LLC's legal organization and preferred contractual jurisdiction.

19. International Use

Coreviax operates from the United States, and the Site may be accessed from other jurisdictions.

You are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to your access and use of the Site.

Coreviax does not represent that the Site or its content is appropriate, lawful, or available for every jurisdiction.

20. Changes to These Terms

Coreviax may update these Terms periodically to reflect:

  • changes to the Site;

  • changes in our business;

  • changes in technology;

  • legal or regulatory developments; or

  • changes in our policies or practices.

When these Terms are updated, the Last Updated date at the top of the page will be revised.

Material changes may be communicated through additional notice where appropriate or required by law.

Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

22. Waiver

Failure by Coreviax to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Any waiver must be expressly made in writing by an authorized representative of Coreviax.

23. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Coreviax.

Coreviax may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, corporate restructuring, or other business transaction.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Coreviax concerning your use of the public Site.

They do not supersede any separate written agreement governing Coreviax products, software, services, subscriptions, partnerships, professional services, or other commercial relationships.

If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding a subject governed by that agreement, the separate written agreement will control.
